Last month we joined up with Sydney’s coolest eating club Secret Foodies. Themed around a night at a Sicilian market, Fabio sent out a multi-course dinner for 30 Secret Foodies guests that showcased Sicilian food including salty chickpea pannelle (fritters) and pasta with prawns, pistachio pesto and tomato. Frangelico accompanied dessert, cute espresso cups full of tiramisu and mini berry zabiglione and roasted figs with lemon ricotta cream. Alex convinced Fabio and Stefano to don the Secret Foodie masks.
